1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lbvet online casino and sports betting website accessible at lbvet.cam and all associated sub-pages, features, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the lbvet registration process.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within a Player's lbvet Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer product, slot, bingo room, or other wagering product made available through the lbvet Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin award, cashback, or other incentive offered by lbvet to Players under specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that governs lbvet's operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lbvet Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with:

• The lbvet Privacy Policy, accessible at lbvet.cam/privacy-policy;
• The lbvet Responsible Gaming Policy, accessible at lbvet.cam/responsible-gaming;
• Any game-specific rules published on the Platform; and
• Any promotion-specific terms applicable to bonuses or offers you elect to participate in.

If these Terms are updated, your continued use of the lbvet Platform following notification of the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on lbvet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming and sports betting in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. Registering a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wager, unless lbvet has expressly confirmed availability in another jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of lbvet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
6. You must not have a currently active self-exclusion on the lbvet Platform or with PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme.

lbvet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the lbvet Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or unintentionally, are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and Philippine law, lbvet is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals exceeding minimum thresholds. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (UMID, PhilSys ID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a matching selfie photograph. lbvet may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other documents as circumstances require.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the time limit specified by lbvet may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and funds transferred — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified lbvet of unauthorised access. lbvet support personnel will never request your password.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All Account deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by lbvet, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and USDT. A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies unless otherwise stated. lbvet does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. lbvet reserves the right to return or hold deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your lbvet Wallet are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. A minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified on the Platform at the time of request. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification for accounts that have not yet been verified.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 15–60 minutes; other methods may take up to 3 business days.

lbvet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on lbvet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit or withdraw via a method that processes in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees for which lbvet bears no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

lbvet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion, which will be communicated to Players at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the lbvet Platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have registered a verified Account on the lbvet Platform.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified at the time of award. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• lbvet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations already commenced will be honoured on a best-efforts basis.
• Multiple account holders, or Players who lbvet reasonably suspects are abusing promotional offers through coordinated or systematic play, will be ineligible for bonus participation and may have associated accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash.

7. Gaming Rules & Conduct

Each game available on the lbvet Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface and on the relevant game description page. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

lbvet's casino games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing authorities. Live dealer games are conducted on real physical equipment in regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a live dealer game or RNG game, lbvet will apply the following resolution approach: where a result cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Wallet. Where a result has been clearly determined prior to the interruption, that result stands. lbvet's decision in such matters is final.

lbvet reserves the right to void any wager or withhold winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of technical error, data feed failure, or any manipulation of game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lbvet Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the Platform;
• Collusion between Players in any game, including but not limited to coordinated chip dumping, information sharing in live poker formats, or any form of team play against the house;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform in a way that results in unintended gains — such gains must be reported to lbvet immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotions more than once;
• Charging back any deposit made to your lbvet Account through your payment provider without first contacting lbvet to resolve the dispute;
• Impersonating any other person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at lbvet staff or other Players via the chat features of the Platform.

lbvet reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to permanently close the Account and void associated balances if an investigation confirms a breach of these provisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lbvet Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of lbvet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of lbvet.

The lbvet name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of lbvet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use lbvet's trademarks for any purpose.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

lbvet collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the lbvet Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lbvet implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.

lbvet may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law or valid legal process.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lbvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether lbvet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lbvet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While lbvet makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

lbvet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lbvet Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits lbvet's liability for death or personal injury caused by lbvet's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by lbvet

lbvet may suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, detects unusual account activity, requires additional verification documentation, or receives a law enforcement or regulatory instruction to do so. Suspended accounts retain their balance pending investigation. lbvet will communicate the reason for suspension to you as soon as it is lawful and practical to do so.

12.2 Termination by lbvet

lbvet may permanently close your Account if an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, prohibited conduct, money laundering, and identity misrepresentation. In such cases, any balance remaining in your Wallet may be withheld, forfeited, or reported to the relevant authorities depending on the nature of the breach.

12.3 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your lbvet Account at any time by contacting lbvet customer support. Prior to processing an account closure, lbvet will confirm your identity and provide instructions for withdrawing any remaining balance. Account closure does not extinguish any financial obligations you may have incurred prior to the closure request.

12.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to lbvet for responsible gaming purposes may request self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to create a new Account on the Platform. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of Republic Act No. 9487 (the PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), and other applicable Philippine statutes and regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved first through good-faith direct negotiation between the parties. If direct negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who wish to raise a complaint with lbvet should first contact customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. lbvet will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days. Players who remain dissatisfied with lbvet's response may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaints channel.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lbvet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lbvet will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. For changes that are not material — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — notice may not be provided in advance.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. By continuing to access or use the lbvet Platform after an amendment takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
